Club rules
Membership
Free, reserved for adults. It activates automatically when you create an account and make your first purchase. Status is personal and non-transferable.
Tier calculation
On a rolling 12 months from the last purchase, VAT included, shipping costs and coupons excluded.
Discounts
Applied automatically in the cart after sign-in. Not combinable with other ongoing promotions, unless stated otherwise.
Complimentary tasting
For Silver and Gold, booking required at least 14 days in advance. The reward is valid for 12 months from the date you reach the tier.
Status maintenance
Privileges last at least 12 months. If subsequent spend stays below the threshold, you are placed in the tier matching the new total.

Processing complies with GDPR (Reg. EU 2016/679). Data is used only to provide the service and, with consent, for reserved communications.
