Tasting notes
Giulio Cesare is born from the harmonious blend of Nero d'Avola and Nocera, grown in the sun-drenched lands of Furnari, the heart of the Mamertino district. Inspired by the celebratory wine offered by Julius Caesar on the occasion of his third consulship, it embodies the historical heritage and the authentic expression of the island territory. It shows a bright ruby red with slight orange reflections. The nose is complex, with notes of ripe red fruits, tart, tobacco, vanilla and leather. On the palate it is powerful and elegant, soft, structured and persistent.
